¡Si Se Pudo! event a hit
To recognize our growing community of Latinx students, Alumni Engagement worked with campus partners to host our second ¡Si Se Pudo! event for graduating seniors and their guests on April 28, 2023. It was a packed house in the Alumni House Oakley Room, with traditional Mexican dancing by Ballet Folklorico Coraźon de Mexico, remarks from Chancellor Gilliam and TikToker Christian Maldonado '16, and three students recognized with Trailblazers Scholarships, sponsored by Hector Hernandez '22, Alejandro Peñaloza '21, and Allan Jiminez '22. Congratulations to the new graduates!
